About the Role:
A dynamic Real Estate team within one of the worlds leading FinTech companies is seeking a seasoned Project Manager with a strong background in delivering corporate tech office design and construction projects - from site selection through first day of business and close-out. This role supports a short-term surge of overlapping international projects and requires someone who can hit the ground running.

* Location - Remote (UK), must be comfortable with infrquent travel to various sites
* Contract length - Full-time, 10 months
🛠What You’ll Do
1.Project Scoping
* Collaborate with stakeholders to define lease and program criteria that support high-quality employee experiences.
* Lead market searches, evaluate potential sites, and assist in lease negotiations under tight timelines and budget constraints.
* Maintain and develop floor plans that capture the designed project scope.
* Create conceptual designs and test fits to gather stakeholder input and align with design requirements.
* Prepare detailed project estimates and budgets for full project approval.
2.Project Management
* Manage multiple projects simultaneously, from minor refreshes to large-scale buildouts, ensuring clarity, resourcing, and timely delivery.
* Partner cross-functionally with internal teams (Security, IT, Finance) and external vendors to drive progress.
* Communicate project status and risks proactively to stakeholders, identifying process gaps and recommending solutions.
* Source and negotiate consultant/vendor scopes of work, oversee execution, and resolve issues to meet deadlines.
* This is a remote role with occasional domestic and international travel for site evaluations, construction reviews, furniture installations, and project close-outs.
3.Program Management
* Contribute to office planning using evolving tiering structures and spatial programs; update design standards and advise on construction programs.
* Apply best practices and lessons learned to improve efficiency and scalability in response to shifting design trends and organizational growth.
* Track key portfolio details such as lease assessment windows and expiration dates, aligning them with project timelines for upgrades or decommissioning.
* Maintain documentation standards, ticketing procedures, and file organization to support metrics, financial reporting, and project tracking.

* Background in real estate, interior design, architecture, or construction.
* Demonstrated success in managing corporate office projects, ideally within fast-growing tech environments.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with experience influencing senior stakeholders.
* Strong planning abilities and adaptability to integrate new information into evolving schedules.
* Comfort with ambiguity and change in a fast-paced environment.
* Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, AutoCAD, and Asana.
