HCRG are Seeking a Mental Health nurseto work in an NHS hospital in the London area.
As a mental health nurse you will be placed with an NHS Trust dedicated to the Mental Health of the patients in the area.
1. Assist in the assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of patient care and be capable of carrying out all relevant care needs.
2. Participate in the delivery of holistic patient care by developing effective working relationships with members of the multi-disciplinary team
3. Minimise hospital acquired infection rates by following infection control policies
4. Educate patients and carers and give telephone advice to discharged patients.
5. Support the supervision, teaching, assessment and mentorship of new and junior trained staff and students.
6. Ensure that patient confidentiality is always maintained in accordance with trust policy and national guidelines

7. Nursing Degree
8. Minimum 1 year post graduate experience or Newly qualified nurse who has completed a rotation in Mental Health
9. IELTS / OET passed (if relevant)
10. CBT passed or booked
