This role sits within our Specialist Cleaning business division which provides deep cleaning, window cleaning, hygiene management, and industrial cleaning services to a wide range of prestigious clients.
About The Role
Key responsibilities
* Preparing a variety of hot and cold drinks, including specialty coffees, teas, and other beverages
* Greeting customers, taking orders, answering questions about the menu, and providing a friendly and welcoming atmosphere
* Keeping the bar area clean and organised, ensuring all equipment is sanitised and in good working order
* Monitoring inventory levels, restocking supplies, and ensuring all ingredients are fresh and available
* Handling cash and card transactions accurately and efficiently
* Ensuring that all drinks meet the company’s quality standards and are presented attractively
* Adhering to health and safety regulations, including food handling and hygiene standards
* Working closely with other staff members to ensure smooth operations and excellent customer service
What are we looking for?
* Previous experience in a similar role is required
* Hold relevant qualifications, have knowledge of food hygiene and health and safety is a must
* Demonstrate high standards and be well organised
* Excellent customer service skills and interpersonal skills are essential
The ideal candidate should meet the following criteria
* Must have the Right to Work in the UK
* Ability to handle different situations and find practical solutions
* Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
* Good time-management and organisational abilities
* While not always mandatory, having a food hygiene certificate (Level 2) is advantageous
