CONVEYANCING PARALEGAL BROMLEY £25,000-£30,000 Elite Touch Group are working with their well-established client who is seeking a Paralegal to join their busy Residential Conveyancing Team. The successful applicant will have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in residential conveyancing and be familiar with conveyancing transactions, possess a good telephone manner, excellent attention to detail and an ability to work under pressure. Duties will include assisting a conveyancer with their caseload, liaising with clients, preparing for completion including drafting bills and completion statements, registration and post completion matters. Further attributes will include: Proficient with Microsoft Office, specifically Outlook, Word, and Excel Strong oral and written communication skills Excellent organisational skills Willingness to be a team player Training will be given where necessary. £25-30K plus benefits depending upon experience.
