Supply Chain Coordinator
The Role
Join a busy manufacturing site coordinating the smooth flow of materials in and finished goods out. Reporting to the Supply Chain Manager, you’ll keep deliveries, dispatch and stock on track in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Coordinate inbound deliveries of raw materials/components; resolve supply issues; maintain accurate records.
* Plan and manage outbound dispatch; liaise with hauliers/transport providers to achieve OTIF and cost efficiency.
* Support inventory control: monitor stock with warehouse/production; drive continuous improvement in flow and storage.
* Use ERP/MRP to track orders, shipments and stock; produce logistics KPIs (OTIF, costs, stock accuracy).
* Prepare shipping paperwork and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
What You'll Need
* Experience in logistics/supply chain coordination (ideally in manufacturing/engineering).
* Working knowledge of transport/warehouse processes; confident with ERP/MRP and Excel.
* Clear communicator who can prioritise under pressure and solve problems quickly.
* Import/export knowledge is a plus (not essential).
