The Role:
As a 360 Recruiter at Contechs, you’ll be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle – from business development and client management to candidate sourcing and placement. You’ll play a pivotal role in building strong relationships with both clients and candidates, working closely with our internal CoC leads and delivery teams.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Identify and develop new business opportunities with clients in the automotive and engineering sectors
2. Build and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their recruitment needs and offering tailored solutions
3. Source, screen, and interview candidates using various platforms and tools
