Meri Meri – the globally loved lifestyle brand known for our whimsical partyware, gifts, and children’s accessories – has opened a magical Pop-Up Store in Notting Hill, and we’re looking for an experienced Store Supervisor to help lead the way!
What You’ll Do:
* Support the Store Manager in the day-to-day running of the store
* Lead and motivate a small team to deliver exceptional customer service
* Maintain high visual merchandising standards in line with the Meri Meri aesthetic
* Drive sales and meet store targets
* Handle stock management, deliveries, and inventory processes
* Ensure the store is always tidy, welcoming, and aligned with brand values
What We’re Looking For:
* Experience in a supervisory or senior sales assistant role within a premium retail environment
* A proactive, hands-on approach with a keen eye for detail
* Passion for customer service and the Meri Meri brand
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
* Flexible, reliable, and able to work weekends and key trading periods
