We are currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established and growing organisation seeking an experienced Rental Finance Assistant to join their finance team. This is a varied, hands-on role with involvement across core financial processes including invoicing, reconciliations, credit control, payroll support, and reporting. Key Responsibilities * Perform daily bank reconciliations across multiple accounts * Enter and manage financial data within Sage 50 * Raise and process sales invoices via CRM system * Manage accounts payable, supplier invoices, and payment runs * Submit and monitor direct debits and incoming payments * Track aged debtor balances and follow up on outstanding payments * Assist with monthly payroll processing and expense tracking * Support preparation of management reports and assist with audit readiness * Ensure compliance with internal procedures and financial policies Candidate Requirements * Proven experience in a finance or accounts support role * Strong working knowledge of Sage 50 and Excel (formulas essential) * Excellent accuracy and attention to detail * Well-organised and able to manage multiple deadlines * Confident communicator, both written and verbal * AAT qualification desirable but not essential * Experi...
