CONFERENCE PRODUCER
We areseeking a highly motivated and experienced conference producer tojoin our fastgrowing range ofevent series. The successful candidatewill be responsible for managing and executing the production ofhighquality events across the U.S. and E.U and ensuring that theydrive engagement and deliver exceptional value to our attendees. Asa Conference Producer you will be expected to bring resilienceenergy and creativity to the role and possess the ability to spotopportunities and work as a team to drivesuccess.
Conduct indepth market research andanalysis to create relevant commercially viableevents.
Collaborate with industry experts andthought leaders to develop engaging agendas.
Develop ideas for creative digital content to support commercialcampaign.
Identify and recruit highprofilespeakers and moderators. Create deepindustry relationships withdesire to understand organizational structures business cycles andneeds.
Work with the marketing campaign managerto identify appropriate marketing channels and to ensure that thecorrect market segments are reached.
Collaboratewith the marketing team to develop and implement effectivepromotion strategies.
Identify potentialsponsors and work with the Commercial Partnerships Manager to agreeon the sales plan for your event campaign.
Workwith speakers consultants journalists and other informationproviders to source and repurpose materials for contentmarketing.
Build the identity and create buzzaround each event with the marketer in the buildup to and during aconference through social media includingLinkedIn.
Develop and manage budgets for eachconference ensuring financial goals are met.
Work closely with cross functional teams to ensure seamlessexecution.
Manage onsite delivery of the eventbeing sure to gain feedback from all those attending to helpimprove positioning content development and direction of that eventas well as any ideas for spinoff/relatedtopics.
CANDIDATEREQUIREMENTS
Graduated with a 2:1 orabove
You will be analytical commercially minded anddynamic.
You will be able to articulate and presentcomplex information in an engaging and simple way
You areambitious and enjoy leading endtoend projects and/orcampaigns
Exceptional organisational and time managementskills with excellent attention to detail
Strongnetworking and interpersonal skills
