What the Fast‑Track Programme Offers
1. A structured 6‑month leadership development pathway
2. Hands-on experience in team coordination and supervision
3. Fully funded training aligned with CQC Well-Led standards including CHAPS (Care Home Assistant Practitioner Skills) training.
4. Ongoing coaching, mentoring, and feedback
5. A clear pathway into a Team Leader position, with appointment made as soon as a suitable vacancy becomes available upon programme completion
What We’re Looking For
Your Experience:
6. NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care (essential)
7. Experience working as a Care Assistant in Adult Social Care
8. Strong understanding of person-centred care
