Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Years Educator to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in nurturing and developing young children's learning experiences in a safe and stimulating environment. This position requires an individual who is enthusiastic about early childhood education and possesses the skills to communicate effectively with children, parents, and colleagues.You must have smiling eyes be full of fun.
Duties
* Plan and implement engaging activities that promote children's development across all areas of learning.
* Respond to childrens interests and extend thier learning.
* Foster a supportive and inclusive atmosphere that encourages children to explore, learn, and grow.
* Observe and assess children's progress, providing feedback to parents and adapting activities to meet individual needs.
* Maintain a safe, clean, and organised nursery environment that adheres to health and safety regulations.
* Collaborate with other educators to create a cohesive learning experience for all children.
* Manage daily routines effectively, ensuring that children are cared for consistently throughout the day.
* Communicate regularly with parents regarding their child's development and any concerns that may arise.
Experience
* A recognised qualification in Early Childhood Education or Childcare is essential.
* Previous experience working with children in a nursery or educational setting is highly desirable.
* Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written, to engage effectively with children and families.
* A genuine passion for working with young children and fostering their development through play-based learning experiences.
* Registration with SSSC and PVG will be requied.
* Ability to drive is advantageous as we are not on a main road.
* Working hours 42.5 hours per week over 5 days on a rota.
