Position Summary
We are looking for experienced, enthusiastic individuals to join our food and beverage team on a casual, event-driven basis. Customer service is at the heart of everything we do: we seek team players who can contribute positively to the overall customer experience, take pride in their work, maintain a friendly attitude and possess excellent communication skills. We welcome applicants with experience working busy events in a high-pressure environment.
Responsibilities
* Prepare alcoholic or non-alcoholic beverages, interact with customers, take orders and serve snacks and drinks, assess customers’ needs and meet them
* Check customers’ identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age
* Restock and replenish inventory and supplies
* Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience
* Comply with all food and beverage regulations
Employment
This is a casual, event-based vacancy and will include evening and weekend work.
