We are recruiting for a Motor Vehicle Technician at Stoneacre Motor Group.
This role involves servicing, repairing, and maintaining our customers' vehicles to the highest standards within our state-of-the-art workshop. You will work with a diverse range of vehicles and models, representing various manufacturers, and take pride in delivering excellent service.
Responsibilities include:
1. Utilising your knowledge of our manufacturer's vehicles and features to diagnose, repair, and service vehicles.
2. Completing all service paperwork to manufacturer and brand standards.
3. Providing diagnostic reports on customer vehicles.
4. Completing relevant service documentation, including job sheets, PDIs, and service reports, in accordance with manufacturer, warranty, and dealer requirements.
5. Checking the quality of work through diagnostic equipment and road testing after job completion.
Candidate requirements:
1. Experience working in the automotive sector within a technical role.
2. Minimum Level 2 NVQ or equivalent in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair.
3. Excellent communication skills and ability to work under pressure.
4. Full UK driving licence.
5. Electric and Hybrid vehicle qualification or certification is advantageous but not essential.
6. MOT Licence is beneficial but not essential.
