The Role

Biddulph High School is a popular academy with nearly 800 students, located in a pleasant residential area on the edge of Knypersley with an excellent reputation. The school is graded GOOD by Ofsted.
We are seeking a compassionate and resilient Reset Lead to join our dedicated Pastoral Team, acting as a trusted advocate for students and helping them realize their full potential.
You will build relationships with pupils and families, support students in challenging situations, promote positive behaviour and emotional wellbeing, and contribute to a safe, inclusive, respectful learning environment. The ideal candidate is empathetic, proactive, and committed to supporting young people.
You will supervise staff in our Reset room, working with students to ensure their behaviour, progress, and mindset are aligned for success.
The successful candidate will be highly organized, hardworking, flexible, and enjoy working in a busy school environment.
