Job Title: Digital Marketing Manager
Location: PO19 (Hybrid – minimum 3 days per week office-based)
Salary: £38k to £45k
Reporting to: Head of Department
Working Closely With: Marketing Campaign Manager & Business Development Team
Overview:
The Company is seeking a detail-oriented and technically confident Digital Marketing Manager to join our team. This delivery-focused role is responsible for the seamless execution of all digital campaign activity across the customer journey—from initial advert placement through to data capture, outbound emails, website updates and social media rollout—ensuring campaign integration across the Company’s approved digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities for the Digital Marketing Manager:
* Implement and manage all digital elements of multi-channel B2B campaigns, ensuring on-brand and on-time execution across our service lines.
* Work closely with the Marketing Campaign Manager to translate pre-approved content, creative, and messaging into digital execution across all platforms.
* Manage upload and rollout of content across the Company’s core digital platforms:
* Touchdown (Marketing Automation)
* Dynamics (CRM)
* WordPress (Website)
* LinkedIn (Social Media)
* Own campaign build logistics including:
* Advertising setup
* Data capture forms
* Outbound email configuration and scheduling
* Web content population
* Social media coordination
* Ensure correct campaign tagging, tracking, and data flow across all systems for accurate reporting and analytics.
* Support campaign rollout across digital touchpoints for the Company’s events, roundtables, and webinars.
* Liaise with creative and website agencies to implement digital assets and troubleshoot technical issues as needed.
Skills & Experience for the Digital Marketing Manager:
* Proven experience managing digital marketing activity within a B2B environment.
* Hands-on experience with campaign build and deployment across platforms such as WordPress, LinkedIn Ads, CRM, and email marketing tools.
* Strong attention to detail, particularly in data capture, campaign tagging, and content publishing.
* Confident working with HTML email templates, campaign forms, and automation workflows.
* Collaborative, process-driven and able to coordinate effectively with marketing, commercial, and external agency teams.
