Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Woolpit for an Invoicing and Warranty Administrator. The Invoicing and Warranty Administrator will be responsible for managing warranty claims, ensuring customer satisfaction, handling communication with customers, and maintaining necessary documentation. Additionally, the role involves data entry, processing invoices, and assisting with any other administrative tasks as required.
Qualifications
* Proficiency in Warranty Administration, ideally knowledge of Kerridge/Autoline/Keyloop
* Strong Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills
* Excellent Communication skills
* Computer Literacy, including proficiency with relevant software
* Attention to detail and organizational skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
