Overview
An exciting position has arisen for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to undertake the role of Clerical Officer to the Acute Services Admin Teams. It is essential that you are an excellent communicator with good interpersonal skills, able to work on your own using initiative, as well as working as part of a team. You will have previous Clerical experience with a working knowledge of IT applications, including databases, along with a good knowledge of office procedures.
Responsibilities
* Demonstrate good organisational skills and the ability to prioritise tasks to work within strict timescales.
* Be flexible in approach to work as required.
* Complete a Level 2 Disclosure Scotland check as part of the role.

Qualifications
* Previous Clerical experience with a working knowledge of IT applications, including databases, and a good knowledge of office procedures.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Strong organisational and prioritisation abilities with the capacity to meet tight timelines.
Additional information
* From 1/4/26, the Agenda for Change full-time working week will be reduced from 37 to 36 hours per week. Part-time hours will be reduced pro-rata, with a corresponding increase in the hourly rate so that pay is not affected.
