Position: Regional Sales Director / Operations Director
You will oversee approximately £80 million P&L across the North-West of England, demonstrating collaborative leadership, strategic insight, and a balanced sales and operations background.

Job Description
As a Regional Sales & Operations Director, you will direct regional strategy and operations, ensuring smooth functioning and driving growth. We seek a candidate with strong commercial acumen capable of implementing strategies, leading process improvements, and exceeding customer expectations.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage 4-6 depots with an £80 million P&L and £30 million EBITDA, leading both operations and sales teams.
* Lead, coach, and motivate a team of 7-10 direct and additional indirect colleagues, focusing on people development and succession planning.
* Execute sales strategies to ensure profitable growth with major clients such as construction contractors.
* Promote a safety-first culture, leading transformational change emphasizing safety, quality, service, cost, and delivery.
Person Specification
We value ownership, accountability, results orientation, and safety. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in:
* Fast-paced manufacturing or related industries (construction, food, automotive, pharmaceuticals) within larger corporations.
* Leading and developing teams of 5-10 direct and 60+ indirect reports.
* A visible, approachable management style with strong knowledge and accountability.
* Managing a £20 million+ P&L with a focus on profitable growth.
* Experience with continuous improvement, transformational change, and M&A integration.
