Field Service Engineer

In this role, you’ll visit customers in their homes across Thatcham and surrounding areas, fixing appliance issues to get them operational again. You will manage your time efficiently, keep customers and colleagues updated, and monitor stock levels in your van daily.
A full, valid driving licence is required. You’ll have opportunities for bonus incentives through upselling products. The ideal candidate is organized, has strong communication skills, and is dedicated to achieving the best outcomes for customers.
While experience as a White Goods Engineer is preferred, we value self-motivation and strong technical and customer service skills. Our City and Guilds-assured in-house training prepares you to deliver excellent service.
Salary details:
* £32,650 per annum starting salary for candidates without White Goods/ Domestic Appliance experience, with potential to earn up to £38,423 once fully trained and meeting minimum requirements.
* £38,423 per annum starting salary for candidates with at least 6 months recent White Goods Engineering experience.
