We’re recruiting for an Empty Homes Supervisor based at our Portsmouth office, covering the South Hampshire area. This is a full-time, permanent role, working 37 hours per week. Your time will be split between working in the office, spending time on-site with your trade team, and allowing for hybrid home working. A minimum of 20% of your time will be office-based to promote collaboration.

Role responsibilities:
As an Empty Homes Supervisor, you’ll manage a team of multi-disciplined trades staff, ensuring they deliver high-quality, cost-effective repairs and maintenance services. You’ll oversee work quality through inspections and regular team reviews, ensuring all works meet standards and SLAs. You’ll also focus on customer experience, investigating and resolving complaints, and implementing improvements to reduce future issues.
You’ll ensure all works are carried out efficiently, within budget, and in line with best value principles. A strong technical background in property maintenance, construction, and problem-solving is essential. You should be a proven leader, capable of managing a team effectively, with excellent communication skills and the ability to remain professional under pressure. Results-driven and committed to continuous improvement will help you succeed in this role.
Requirements:
* A full, clean UK driving licence held for at least 1 year
* Satisfactory DBS check
Note: The role involves significant on-site visits and working from various locations.
