We are seeking a professional, welcoming, and highly organised Receptionist to be the first point of contact for pupils, parents, staff, and visitors. The ideal candidate will represent the school’s values with confidence, warmth, and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide a friendly and professional reception service for all visitors
* Manage incoming calls, emails, and general enquiries
* Maintain visitor logs and ensure safeguarding procedures are followed
* Support administrative tasks including filing, data entry, and correspondence
* Assist with pupil attendance procedures and daily registers
* Liaise with staff across the school to support smooth day-to-day operations
* Provide general office support as required
About You
We are looking for someone who:
* Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Is confident, calm, and able to work in a busy environment
* Has strong organisational and administrative abilities
* Is proficient with Microsoft Office and comfortable learning school systems
* Is professional in appearance and attitude
* Has a positive, proactive approach to supporting staff, pupils, and families
* Understands the importance of confidentiality and safeguarding
