Team Role: Assisting professionals to produce detailed technical drawings, specifications and construction documents. Collaborate in the preparation of planning applications, Building Regulation submissions and other project documentation. After a period of probation and as your confidence grows, begin to operate more autonomously providing strategic advice allied to your professional background. Work towards your professional qualification alongside your practical experience. Individual duties Coordinating detailed design information. Preparation of specifications, obtaining tenders and preparing contract documents. Liaise with stakeholders, including clients, contractors and regulatory authorities. Contributing to meetings and document preparation. Contract administration, valuation and certification including chairing meetings with associated document preparation. Stay updated on industry regulations and best practices. Skills and requirements Graduate / undergraduate of Architectural Technology (anticipating minimum 2:1 for Graduate applications). Aspiration and drive to work towards CIAT membership Valid UK driving licence Ability to work under own initiative and within a team setting Willing to travel by car and/or public transport in support of day-to-day work. Knowledge of MS 365 and Teams. Basic CAD knowledge (full training given for our systems). Good IT literacy.
