Overview
Are you an organised, proactive, and people-focused Personal Assistant looking for your next challenge? This is a 12-month fixed-term role in Sale, Greater Manchester, to support a senior Director while helping a dedicated team run smoothly and effectively. Responsibilities
* Act as the right-hand person to the Director, ensuring everything runs like clockwork.
* Manage the Director’s diary, and ensure meetings, events, and deadlines are well organised.
* Handle email correspondence with discretion and professionalism.
* Prepare expenses and financial reports accurately and on time.
* Coordinate internal and external meetings, arrange travel and accommodation, and support recruitment processes.
* Attend key meetings to take minutes and circulate them promptly.
* Format and proofread documents to a high standard.
* Assist with event planning, project coordination, and the smooth flow of information across the team.
* Provide a wide range of admin support, keeping everything organised and running efficiently.
What you bring
* Experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or in a senior administrative support role.
* Excellent diary management and organisational skills.
* A calm, professional approach and the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
* Strong IT skills across Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and collaboration tools like MS Teams.
* Superb attention to detail and accuracy, even when juggling multiple tasks.
* A proactive mindset – able to anticipate needs and solve problems before they arise.
* Great communication skills and a team-focused attitude.
