Job Description
We are looking for a full-time and part-time Care Professional to provide support to our clients in living in Chichester & surrounding areas.
Two client visits are never the same. You will support your clients to live happy, independent lives by providing:
1. Support with personal care and to get dressed
2. Companionship and trips out the house
3. Preparation and support with meals
4. Help around the home
