Our education team creates connections between brands, professionals and consumers, and leads the digital transformation of our industry with a customer-centric approach.
Responsibilities
* Report to the Education Field Manager as part of the offline education team, working closely with the online education team to support the Online and Offline education strategy, delivering education excellence across distributors and direct businesses in the region.
* Own the education needs for the area and plan direct education to drive regional targets and support commercial sell-out.
* Lead, coach and develop a regional freelance education team to maximise performance and maintain high standards of education delivery across the region.
* Establish and maintain a hairdressing community, build a key account base, foster strong professional relationships and attract new business and talent to the brand, expanding reach and activities.
* Track and manage budget expenditure and income for you and your freelance team.
* Foster GDPR-compliant communication across the education network.
* Manage the smooth running of in-salon demonstrations, courses and events in the area.
* Understand ACCESS to deliver education via the platform and report weekly with accuracy and thoroughness.
* Be able to stay away from home when required and be prepared to work occasional weekends and travel on Sunday evenings.
You Have
* A passion and experience in delivering hairdressing education classes, workshops, and presentations both face-to-face and online. Teaching qualifications are an advantage but not essential.
* Experience as a professional hairdresser; an education qualification could be an advantage.
* Confidence in presenting figures and data accuracy from reports and customer feedback.
* Excellent customer service skills when dealing with distributors and delegates booking courses.
* Experience of GDPR and understanding of confidentiality.
* Understanding of the importance of social media and regular posting.
* A full driving license and willingness to travel widely as part of the role.
