This care home is highly regarded in the local community and boasts stunning interiors, well-maintained gardens, and exceptional facilities, all designed to provide a comfortable and enriching environment for elderly residents.
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Home Deputy Manager who will play a key role in the day-to-day running of this outstanding home. This is a perfect opportunity for an experienced Care Home Deputy Manager or a Senior Carer ready to step into a more senior role. As Care Home Deputy Manager, you will support the Home Manager in delivering high-quality, person-centred care and help to lead a committed care team to ensure the best outcomes for residents.
The successful Care Home Deputy Manager will have a solid understanding of elderly care and ideally experience within residential care settings. You will be responsible for supporting care planning, safeguarding, supervision, and compliance with CQC regulations.
Care Home Deputy Manager duties will include:
Supervising and supporting care staff
Overseeing care delivery and documentation

Working closely with residents and families
To be considered for the Care Home Deputy Manager role, you should have:
Proven experience as a Care Home Deputy Manager or similar
