Night Shift Transport Admin Lutterworth £26,000 - £28,000 4 on 4 off | (Apply online only) Permanent We are recruiting for a Night Shift Transport Admin to join a busy and growing logistics operation based in Lutterworth. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Night Shift Transport Admin who is looking to build a long-term career within the transport and logistics industry. The business is looking for someone who is reliable, committed, eager to learn and genuinely passionate about developing within a transport environment. As a Night Shift Transport Admin, you will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day transport operation, ensuring that drivers, customers and the wider transport team receive the administrative support required to keep the operation running efficiently. The Role As a Night Shift Transport Admin your responsibilities will include: • Processing transport paperwork and driver documentation • Supporting the transport planners with daily administration • Monitoring deliveries and updating internal systems • Liaising with drivers, customers and warehouse teams • Managing PODs and transport-related documentation • Updating transport management systems accurately • Handling telephone and email enquiries • Assisting with reporting and operational administration • Supporting the wider transport office as required What We're Looking For • Previous experience working as a Night Shift Transport Admin, Logistics Administrator or within a transport office environment • Experience within the logistics, distribution or haulage sector is essential • Strong administration and organisational skills • Excellent communication skills • Good IT skills and confidence using transport systems • A proactive and positive attitude • Someone who is reliable, committed and keen to progress • A genuine passion for building a career within the transport industry What's On Offer • Permanent position • Salary up to £28,000 • 4 on 4 off shift pattern offering excellent work-life balance • Opportunity to develop and progress within the business • Supportive and fast-paced logistics environment • Stable and growing operation If you are an experienced Transport Admin looking for your next challenge, or a Transport Admin who is keen to progress their career within logistics, we would love to hear from you.
