Are you a compassionate, dedicated SEND practitioner who wants to make a real difference every day?

* Teach across a diverse age range (3–19), adapting your approach to developmental stages
* Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team, including therapists, teaching assistants, behaviour specialists, and families
* Use a range of communication strategies (e.g. visual supports, AAC, sensory approaches) to ensure every learner can access learning
* Create a safe, nurturing, and positive environment where every young person is celebrated for who they are
* Support personal development, independence, life skills, and emotional wellbeing alongside academic learning
What We’re Looking For
We would love to hear from you if you are:

* Patient, resilient, and nurturing, with a genuine belief in every child’s potential
* A collaborative team player, ready to work closely with colleagues and families
* Reflective and eager to learn, open to ongoing training and professional development
Experience in a SEND or specialist provision is highly beneficial, but we welcome applications from teachers with a strong desire to grow within this field.
What We Offer
* A supportive, experienced, and welcoming staff team
* Comprehensive training, CPD pathways, and opportunities for career progression
* A well-resourced environment designed to support sensory, communication, and complex learning needs
* A warm, respectful school culture where staff wellbeing matters
