We are currently seeking Danish-speaking freelance agents for inbound customer support and sales projects with international and local companies. This is a long-term collaboration with stable daytime hours and fully paid training.

Compensation: Approximately €20 per hour

Your Responsibilities
Inbound Customer Support
* Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat
* Provide accurate information about products and services
* Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
* Maintain detailed and organized documentation
Inbound / Warm Sales
* Manage incoming leads and customer requests
* Present products and services professionally
* Identify customer needs and close sales opportunities
* Achieve individual performance and revenue targets
Requirements
* Danish language level C1 (written and spoken)
* English level B2
* Freelance status with the ability to issue invoices
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Strong accuracy and attention to detail
* Reliability, professionalism, and organizational skills
* Results-oriented mindset (especially for sales roles)
