Red Bull UK is currently recruiting for a Net Revenue Controller to be based in the UK.
The role of the Net Revenue Controller is to identify the optimum way to drive net sales growth: being a thought-leader in what and how to do this, and partnering with the on and off premise sales channels, field sales team, finance and HQ teams, to drive these improvements through the business, and ensuring the delivery.
This is a highly visible role with a UK wide remit, working with senior stakeholders including the UK leadership team and Global Sales team at Red Bull HQ.

1. Full Utilization for the strategy and implementation of a TPM solution. Embedding its use into day to day working to evaluate, optimize and measure effectiveness of promotions / investment / forecasting.
2. Managing the wholistic channel and portfolio P&L, managing deviations in volume and value, unearthing opportunities for growth. End to end management of the risks and opportunities process.
3. Ideation and control of the customer strategy alongside the National account teams, Challenging the implementation and conditionality of them with a focus on reconciliation. Creation of trade terms, briefing the structure and implementation and ongoing management.
4. Managing effective trade spend, prioritising opportunities, managing conditionality and evaluating effectiveness. Creating visibility and a culture of trade spend management and effectiveness across the UK off premise sales team.
5. End to end ownership including pricing studies, coordinating the strategy and owning the implementation.
6. Commercial Strategy, creation of playbooks for price, promotion, product (portfolio management) and placement. Guidance, coordination of the implementation across the sales team.
7. Build and maintain internal contact strategy to help meet overall NRM KPIs, to include field sales, category, logistics, finance, brand, consumer, Red Bull leadership and management team and HQ counterparts.
8. To become an expert in category, consumer and customer covering both your customer base and Red Bull.
Make commercial decisions based on insight both sought and made available.
9. Previously worked as a NAM / customer facing role / or in commercial / finance role/ Revenue management /strategic consulting roles
10. Understands and uses relevant evaluation/return on investments metrics.
11. Computer skills – highly proficient using excel, BI, IRI, Nielsen
12. Ability to engage and lead the business in the need for change and drive action.
13. Entrepreneur mentality – Analytical mindset, someone with the ability to translate data into insights and action across 4p’s (Price, Promotion, Product, Placement)
14. Excellent communication, organisational and presentation skills. Excellent communicator and collaborator with a strength in influential leadership, using storytelling to convey messages to peers and well as senior management.
