You’ll be the guardian of compliance, driving defect reduction and supporting continuous improvement across all sites. What you’ll do * Conduct scheduled and ad-hoc audits across construction sites nationwide * Perform physical inspections to verify adherence to design and quality standards * Collaborate with Operations, Engineering, Design, and Production teams to resolve quality issues * Deliver training packages to operations teams and supply chain * Report non-conformances and recommend corrective actions * Monitor pre-handover inspections to ensure defect reduction targets are met * Contribute to the development of internal SOPs and QA processes What we’re looking for * Quality Standards Knowledge: ISO 9001, ISO 14001 * Construction Expertise: Strong understanding of construction processes and technical requirements * Auditing & Inspection Skills: Ability to perform compliance audits and inspections effectively * Tech Savvy: Proficient in ACC (Autodesk Construction Cloud), OpenSpace, and Office 365 * Analytical Mindset: Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills * Communication & Leadership: Confident, clear communicator with authority to enforce standards Why join us? * Be part of a team that values quality, integrity, and continuous improvement * Nationwide role with opportunities to influence quality culture across multiple sites * Competitive salary and benefits package * Training and development to help you grow
