Complete Care Agency is recruiting for Senior Healthcare assistant / Fast Responders to work with clients in their own homes. We are looking for special individuals who have compassion and commitment to support our amazing clients to live at home whilst leading a full and fulfilled life. Pay: £25,792 - £26,270 based on 40 hours a week You must have previous experience as a Healthcare assistant or support worker. Shifts patterns: Various shift patterns are available and some flexibility to do long days to accommodate home/work-life balance. Typical shifts are 07:00 - 15:00 and 14:30 - 22:30 a mixture of both is preferred and alternate weekends are essential. You must be able to drive and have your own vehicle. PLEASE NOTE WE ARE NOT ABLE TO OFFER SPONSORSHIPS FOR THIS ROLE Your role: Working alongside a team of experienced colleagues you will be assisting to set up new packages and support ongoing complex and noncomplex packages of care in the community of Leeds and surrounding areas. Your experience and skills will enable you to support new and existing staff with training whilst ensuring quality by auditing and reviewing care plans. As a senior care worker, you will have the skills and experience to cover sickness or annual leave as and when required across all clients. You will be confident in your role and in supporting others who are new to care and also new to complex clients. The right candidate will have: Level 2 NVQ in Health & Social Care or equivalent. A minimum of 1 year of care experience. Preferred to have worked with complex clients previously. A full driving license and access to a vehicle for business use. Able to commit to the required shifts applied for on a permanent basis. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Have a professional appearance, manner, and communication style. Work under pressure and unsupervised in a community setting. Supervise and support new and existing staff. Be self-motivated and achieve KPIs. Willingness to work towards an NVQ 3.
