Job Description
We are looking for a Spa Therapist to join our team at Cheddar Woods Resort & Spa in Axbridge, Somerset. Hourly rate of £12.21 plus commission on treatments and retail products.
This is a permanent position to work full time hours. This will be 40 hours across 5 variable days which will include weekends and bank holidays.
Flexibility is essential to suit the needs of the business.

About The Role
Main responsibilities:
The successful Spa Therapist will
• Perform a range of treatments on guests from our treatment menu, majority will be massage based which are limited to three hours per day.
• Answer queries and book appointments, advise guests on suitable treatments
• Ensure that the salon is appealing to guests.
• Actively work to help promote the spa.
• Upsell beauty products and treatments where appropriate.
• Ensure client confidentiality at all times.
Requirements:
Previous salon experience is desired. NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Beauty Therapy is essential for this position. The successful candidate will need to have excellent customer service and strong communication skills.

Desired Criteria
* A driving licence and the ability to drive is an advantage to enable easy travel to and from the resort
* Previous salon experience is desired
