Job Description:
Responsibilities
* Gain a thorough understanding of your clients and their needs
* Become an expert in CoStar’s critical information and marketing solutions including LoopNet, the UK’s leading online commercial property marketplace
* Manage the full sales cycle including prospecting, demos, closing, onboarding, training, and renewals
* Conduct in-person client and prospect product demonstrations
* Provide insights to market participants such as Surveyors, Owners, Investors, Lenders, Local Authorities, and Service Providers
* Represent CoStar at industry events and network with property professionals
Qualifications
* Proven sales success - Experience selling commercial property services, technology, fintech, or analytics platforms is preferred, but other sales backgrounds will be considered.
* Experience maintaining and growing client relationships over 3-12 months+ sales cycles.
* Excellent communication, presentation, and objection handling skills, with confidence to handle complex proposals.
* Strong organizational skills and ability to work effectively with metrics.
* Degree or equivalent experience.
* Consultative selling and account management skills to grow client accounts and build relationships.
* Ability to navigate large organizations and identify decision-makers, influencers, and blockers.
* Willingness to travel to the US for 3 weeks of training.
