Rate: Up to £400 per day depending on experienceHays are working with a respected organisation in the Tiverton area who are seeking an experienced Interim Finance Business Partner to join their team for a 9-month assignment.This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to a high-impact finance function within the manufacturing sector, supporting strategic decision-making and operational performance.About the RoleAs Finance Business Partner, you will act as a key link between finance and operational teams, providing insight, challenge, and support to drive financial performance. Your responsibilities will include:
1. Partnering with senior stakeholders to support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
2. Delivering clear and actionable financial analysis to support strategic decisions
3. Monitoring performance against KPIs and identifying areas for improvement
4. Supporting month-end processes and reporting cycles
5. Contributing to cost control and value-for-money initiatives
6. Ensuring financialernance andpliance across projects
What We’re Looking For
7. Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) or equivalent experience
8. Proven experience in finance business partnering, ideally within the manufacturing (experience with defence is a added bonus)
9. Strong analytical andmunication skills
10. Ability to work collaboratively across departments
