The role:
We are seeking a Caretaker to join the Facilities team at County Hall in Morpeth, working 17.5 hours per week.
The successful candidate will perform caretaking duties within the building.
Requirements:
The ideal applicant will be highly motivated, customer-focused, and capable of making a positive difference. They should work well with others, build strong partnerships, and conduct regular inspections of communal areas within blocks.
Applicants should possess practical knowledge of caretaking tasks, operate relevant tools and equipment, and understand Health & Safety legislation related to caretaking.
