We have a great opportunity available to join Novus, our prison education provider at HMP Stafford, working as a Learning and Support Worker. This position is offered on a full-time basis, working 37 hours per week for a fixed term duration of 6 months. Site Information HMP Stafford, a notable Category C men's prison, is situated in Stafford, Staffordshire. Established in 1793, the prison has evolved significantly over the centuries. Initially designed to house a variety of offenders, it has been reclassified multiple times to meet changing demands. The prison's capacity is approximately 751, with most inmates serving sentences ranging from two to four years. The prison offers extensive support and educational programs aimed at reducing reoffending rates.
