Our client is currently recruiting for an EXPERIENCED Receptionist to work in the afternoons in a busy reception area. The hours are 12.15pm-5pm, Monday to Friday.
Candidates must enjoy working in a professional environment, both on the phone and face-to-face, and possess good administration skills with the ability to multi-task.
1. Responsible for all incoming and outgoing post (depending on hours worked)
2. Responsible for unlocking/locking doors and disarming and arming the alarm (depending on hours worked)
3. Answer incoming calls and transfer them efficiently
4. Greet clients upon arrival at reception
5. Receive cheques and provide receipts
6. Update absence system with holidays and sickness
7. Send out self-certification forms
8. Carry out switchboard and franking machine training
9. First Aider
10. Order office supplies
11. Perform other duties related to the efficient running of the reception desk, post room, and meeting rooms
12. Assist the HR and Office Manager
