Restaurant General Manager
About the role: Lead from the front and take full ownership of the restaurant to drive performance, smash performance goals and exceed standards.
Responsibilities
* Own the restaurant’s numbers, vibe and experience, keeping everything running smoothly while creating a space where guests and the team thrive.
* Build, train, coach and motivate a high‑performance team that raises standards.
* Own KPIs and push the team to deliver each shift, each day.
* Manage administrative tasks: roster planning, stock control, reporting and compliance.
* Ensure an unforgettable guest experience, turning first‑timers into regulars.
What We'd Love From You
* Proven experience managing teams in a fast‑paced retail or hospitality environment.
* Strong leadership skills with the ability to build a strong team culture and handle tough conversations.
* Experience running a tight, efficient operation that remains clean, compliant and operational even in chaotic situations.
* Excellent communication skills and a genuine desire to support and inspire staff.
