Job Description
We are recruiting for a Customer Planning Specialist - Customer Plan at Hilmore House in West Yorkshire.
The role is responsible for delivering and maintaining the customer plan and supporting in the review and planning of all seasonal space (seasonal aisle and event ends). Managing the process from brief through to execution working with the Customer Planning Manager and Senior Customer Planning Manager.
Teamwork in this role is critical! Your key relationships will be with the wider team, operations, marketing and commercial colleagues, influencing them to ensure we have the right customer plan.
This is a full time, permanent contract, based on a 5 day working week, 3 days minimum in the office.
Some of your responsibilities will include:
* Assist in collecting and interpreting customer data (such as loyalty card information and market insight) to help identify shopping trends and key customer groups
* Produce regular and ad-hoc reports using data from various sources to track the performance of current promotional plans
* Help translate insight and financial data into simple, actionable insights that feed into the overall annual and quarterly customer planning process
* Ensure the accuracy and reliability of central documents used by the Customer Planning team by engaging with wider functions
* Act as a helpful link between the Trade Planning, Marketing and Insights teams, ensuring information flows smoothly
This role is based at our fantastic head office in Bradford. Boasting an on-site restaurant, coffee shop, convenience and sample store, prayer room, free parking and regular company-wide events and promotions. Ideally, applicants will live within a reasonable distance of our office.

* Previous experience in a marketing customer planning, customer insight, category management, or an analytical role within a fast-paced retail environment (FMCG experience is a significant advantage).
* A good understanding of interpreting market trends, data and customer insight to form recommendations
* Clear, effective written and verbal communication skills to effectively engage others and manage stakeholders
* Ability to show experience of strong ownership of work and experience in prioritising a demanding workload
