Perform raw material and finished-goods release testing according to Standard Operating Procedures, including:
1. Cell culture performance assays
2. Cell banking
3. Calibration and daily checks of laboratory equipment
4. Supporting and maintaining 5S, safety, environmental, and waste-management programs
5. Supporting validation testing, technical investigations, and continuous improvement initiatives
6. Scheduling daily workload
7. Completing product testing in accordance with ISO 13485 requirements
8. Participating in personal development activities
Education
9. Bachelor’s degree in a Biological Science (required)
Experience
10. One year of experience in a similar laboratory environment preferred (not essential)
11. Strong oral and written communication skills
12. Proven ability to work effectively within cross-functional teams
