Customer Experience Executive Opportunity with Leading Commercial Vehicle Leasing Company in Rhondda Valleys.
Our client, a well-established commercial vehicle leasing specialist based in the Rhondda Valleys, is seeking a dedicated Customer Experience Executive to join their expanding team.
The Customer Experience Executive will primarily operate in a telephone-based capacity, maintaining customer relationships and identifying opportunities for growth.

Duties
* Proactively contact customers at key intervals (1, 3, 6, 12, 18, 24 months and beyond) post‑sale to ensure satisfaction and strengthen relationships
* Re‑engage potential customers who previously did not convert to generate new business opportunities
* Identify and promote relevant upsell products to existing customers to increase revenue
* Encourage satisfied clients to leave positive reviews on Google to enhance online reputation
* Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow‑up actions
* Collaborate with internal teams to support ongoing customer retention strategies
* Develop understanding of customer needs to tailor future communication and offerings
Requirements
* Proven experience in customer service, telesales, or a similar client‑facing role
* Excellent telephone manner and communication skills
* Experience in upselling and lead conversion is highly advantageous
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Full driving license preferred due to location proximity to the A470
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
* Enthusiastic and proactive approach to nurturing client relationships
