Recruitment & Retention Manager
An exciting opportunity for an experienced, ambitious and creative Recruitment & Retention Manager to join our central team has arisen. Thesleff Group operate Los Mochis restaurant in Notting Hill and a newly opened Los Mochis London City in Liverpool Street, Sale e Pepe in Knightsbridge and Viajante87 cocktail bar and lounge in Notting Hill.
The Role
The Recruitment & Retention Marketing will be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for both candidates and hiring managers. To monitor and manage the level of live vacancies, work with the operations teams on proactive recruitment strategies, and build a strong pipeline of internal and external candidates. Take an active lead on recruitment & retention projects, ensuring recruitment processes and best practice retention activities are embedded fully across any current and future branches of the Thesleff Group.

Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and develop effective sourcing strategies.
* Utilize various recruitment channels to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates, including job boards, social media platforms, and professional networks.
* Conduct in-depth interviews to assess candidates' skills, qualifications, and cultural fit.
* Coordinate and facilitate the interview process, including scheduling interviews, preparing interview materials, and collecting feedback from interviewers.
* Conduct reference checks and background screenings for selected candidates.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
* Provide monthly statistics on retention/turnover and an overview of recruitment trends.
* Collaborate with the HR team to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires.
* Stay current with industry trends and recruitment and talent acquisition best practices.
* Train and guide hiring managers on effective recruitment & selection methods and the importance of a positive candidate journey.
* Collaborate with the Head of People on effective retention methods and the importance of team satisfaction.
* Collaborate with the Head of People on the employer brand development and awareness.
Skill and Experience Requirements
* Hospitality/retail background.
* Previous experience in fine dining/high-end hospitality group
* Good planning and excellent organisation skills, completer/finisher.
* Good attention to detail and accuracy in work; follows through on tasks.
* Calm and organised manner to be able to meet deadlines.
* Computer literate in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, and able to produce quality reports.
* Previous experience in an administrative/coordinator role would be desirable.
