Responsibilities
* Assist Irish-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat, addressing inquiries related to products and services.
* Provide clear information regarding account management, transactions, and product details.
* Resolve customer complaints efficiently and professionally to ensure high satisfaction levels.
* Accurately document all customer interactions and follow-up actions in our CRM system.
* Collaborate with internal teams to enhance product knowledge and customer support processes.
* Stay informed about company updates, promotions, and industry trends to better assist clients.
* Fluency in Irish (both written and spoken); proficiency in English is required.
* Experience in customer service, preferably in a related industry.
* Strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to providing excellent customer care.
* Aptitude for problem-solving and the ability to manage customer inquiries effectively.
* Familiarity with CRM systems and basic computer skills.
* Self-driven with the capability to work independently in a remote or hybrid setting.
* Willingness to relocate to Bulgaria with relocation expenses covered.
