This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about supporting children with additional needs and committed to helping them thrive both academically and emotionally. About the role: As a 1:1 SEN LSA, you will work closely with a child who requires additional support, following their personalised learning plan and assisting them throughout the school day. You will collaborate with teachers, SENCOs, and other professionals to create a nurturing, inclusive environment where the pupil can succeed.
