About The Role
Join our interdisciplinary team to provide nursing and general care to residents, ensuring 24-hour health and social care in line with current legislation and Salutem policies.
Job Scope
* Collaborate with the team to deliver comprehensive health and social care.
* Promote independence, health, and well-being while maintaining high professional standards.
* Adhere to the NMC Code of Conduct, maintain active NMC registration, and ensure compliance with revalidation.
Key Responsibilities
* Work across departments to implement Salutem's strategic direction.
* Commit to customer service excellence and quality framework.
* Maintain professional development per NMC standards.
* Ensure safe practice with medicinal products handling.
* Contribute to policy and strategy development.
* Provide evidence-based care and safeguard children and adults.
* Manage records as per organisational and NMC guidelines.
* Support effective supervision and mentoring of staff.
* Maintain a safe, clean environment and ensure effective equipment use.
* Facilitate communication and continuity of care.
* Develop a culture of person-centred care and quality experiences.
* Manage admissions, discharges, and handle feedback.
* Provide leadership for decision-making and team collaboration.
* Promote lifelong learning and reflective practice.
* Support staff development and participate in performance reviews.
* Ensure safe delegation and monitor outcomes.
* Address care standards and manage performance issues.
* Contribute to budget management and continuous quality improvement.
* Attend mandatory training and stay updated on clinical practices.
* Participate in staff recruitment and meetings.
