With a focus on sustainability and compliance, they’re committed to making homes warmer, greener, and more cost-effective under government-backed schemes like ECO4. Due to continued growth, they’re now looking for an experienced Compliance Manager to oversee and enhance our internal compliance processes and ensure full alignment with industry regulations and funding requirements. Role Overview As Compliance Manager, you’ll take the lead on all compliance-related matters across the business, with a particular focus on ECO4 regulations, PAS 2035/2030 standards, and internal retrofit delivery procedures. You will act as the key contact for audits, liaise with accreditation bodies, and ensure that all documentation and processes meet the highest standards of regulatory and operational compliance. Key Responsibilities * Oversee and maintain full compliance with ECO4 scheme requirements and associated funding body criteria. * Ensure adherence to PAS 2035/2030 standards across all projects. * Manage and update internal compliance documentation, policies, and procedures. * Prepare and support internal and external audits (TrustMark, Ofgem, Retrofit Coordinators, funders, etc.). * Conduct regular file and site audits to ensure continuous improvement in compliance and quality. * Work closely with Retrofit Coordinators, Installers, and Technical Teams to ensure full alignment on compliance. * Monitor changes in legislation and industry standards, and communicate updates to the team. * Deliver training and guidance to staff to embed a strong culture of compliance throughout the business. * Develop and maintain internal systems and software used for compliance monitoring (e.g., Retrofit project platforms). * Liaise with external stakeholders including funders, accreditation bodies, and auditors. Key Requirements * Proven experience in a compliance management role within the ECO4 or wider retrofit/energy efficiency industry. * Strong understanding of PAS 2035, TrustMark, Ofgem regulations, and associated industry frameworks. * Experience supporting or leading successful ECO4 audits and working with funding partners. * Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail. * Strong communication skills and the ability to influence internal and external stakeholders. * Knowledge of relevant compliance platforms and software tools (e.g., Elmhurst, Corelogic, TrustMark Portal). * Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines effectively. * Retrofit Assessor or Coordinator qualifications (desirable but not essential).
