Role Purpose
This role involves leading an integrated production team and processes to meet customer demands. You will be fully accountable for the performance and continuous improvement of the production system and support functions, aligned with strategic plans and the Operational Balance Scorecard.
Key Responsibilities
1. Deploy operational strategy in line with business objectives and customer requirements.
2. Ensure delivery against KPIs as per the balance scorecard framework.
3. Promote a culture of continuous improvement.
4. Build effective relationships with internal and external customers.
5. Implement standard work practices aligned with common goals.
6. Oversee supporting functions to meet customer requirements.
7. Forecast and manage budgets effectively.
8. Monitor and report on budgets and targets.
9. Manage, allocate, and evaluate cross-functional teams to optimize resources.
10. Uphold company standards and values, fostering a safe working environment.
11. Manage the entire production system from input to output, including capacity control.
12. Develop and train teams to meet business needs, improving skills and competencies.
13. Ensure safety standards and governance are maintained.
14. Lead and mentor operations support teams.
15. Plan resources for production, including leave, absences, and overtime.
16. Identify training needs to ensure quality output.
17. Enhance and develop 5S standards using the One Safran tools and methods.

Job Requirements
1. Management experience in a manufacturing environment.
2. Knowledge of lean, problem-solving tools, and quality methodologies.
3. Experience leading high-density teams and driving continuous improvement culture.
4. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, BaaN, EZLM, and reading engineering drawings.
5. Change and risk management experience.
6. Strong interpersonal, analytical, and relationship-building skills.
7. Flexible to work across operations and travel if necessary.
8. Proven leadership in motivating teams and fostering development.
