What we are looking for:
* Someone who is passionate about making a difference to the everyday life of others by creating and running events and activities that are fun, interesting and inclusive
* An individual who is kind, compassionate and treats others with respect
* Someone who has a sense of fun and wants to ensure residents are happy and engaged
Do you have the following skills and attributes?:
* Planning with a good attention to detail
* Creativity with an understanding of how to engage and include a variety of people
* An interest in a wide range of activity with a desire to share skills and hobbies
* Patience with the ability to empower and support residents with activity choices and desired experiences
* The ability to organise and prepare special events and celebrations, including those to promote the home
* An ability to capture everyday life moments in photos to promote the home
* Good communication skills with a variety of people, eg residents, their families and others in the local community?
