* Geography, most of the clients are based across London, the South East and the Northern Home Counties.

* Any business you bring is welcomed, not demanded.
* This isn’t a standing start, you’ll be positioned and supported for success from day one.
* Salary reflects AUM, with bonus paid on existing and new business (uncapped).
* Full paraplanning and admin support included.
* Flexible working built around your life. One London meeting per month is the only hard requirement. Beyond that, you choose: fully remote, full-time from the London office, or based out of one of the Home Counties locations. The infrastructure exists and the autonomy is yours.
